Configure NetScaler in hybrid mode using Cisco APIC and NetScaler ADM
Perform the following tasks to configure a NetScaler in Hybrid Mode by using Cisco APIC and NetScaler Application Delivery Management (ADM):

Add NetScaler instances in your fabric to NetScaler ADM. For instructions, see Adding an Instance to NetScaler ADM.
