This first phase of the NetScaler VPX 15.1 rollout focuses on on-premises hypervisors. Future phases will expand support to public clouds.

On a NetScaler VPX instance configured with authentication, SSL services might intermittently become unavailable for a short period. This issue occurs when the authentication daemon (AAAD) unexpectedly crashes and restarts.

On a NetScaler VPX instance deployed on Linux platform, the packet engine might crash on a long-running system because of memory exhaustion. NetScaler VPX recovers automatically after the crash.

Under sustained high-throughput traffic, NetScaler VPX on Linux might stop processing traffic and become unreachable after approximately 5 to 6 hours, requiring a restart for recovery. This issue is most consistently observed on multi-PE NetScaler® deployments running on the Xen hypervisor.

On a NetScaler VPX instance deployed on Linux (KVM), the Logon button is disabled because of which users cannot log on. This issue occurs when an authentication profile is configured with Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise because of which access to an AAA-TM or VPN virtual server fails.
