The legacy licensing options enable you to manage the earlier NetScaler licensing models, such as Pooled capacity, check-in and check-out licensing, and virtual CPU licensing. You can also upgrade perpetual licenses and troubleshoot Pooled capacity license issues for NetScaler® deployments.
