How to download core or crashed files from NetScaler appliance
This troubleshooting article explains how an administrator can download core or crash files from the NetScaler appliance.
Download core or crash files from NetScaler appliance using SFTP client
To download the core or crash files from a NetScaler® appliance, complete the following procedure:

Open WinSCP and log on to the NetScaler Management IP address.

Navigate to the
/var/core/1to download the files.
Note:
To download the latest crash or core file, you can also use the WinSCP tool through command interface. The files can be located either in the core or crash directory.
