Cloud Connect enables Citrix Cloud to collect license, configuration, usage data for license compliance, and to manage, measure, and improve the service. Starting from 14.1 8.x or later release, you can configure Cloud Connect to enable a connection between NetScaler Console service and NetScaler Console on-prem. By enabling Cloud Connect:

The mandatory license and usage data for the Flexed Licensing compliance are collected.
You can get the Security Advisory feature in NetScaler Console on-prem. For more information, see Cloud Connect.
