You can modify the NetScaler ADM agent’s keep-alive interval and the NetScaler ADM server timezone.

Set agent’s keep-alive interval

NetScaler ADM server and agent maintain the same TCP connection for the specified keep-alive interval. An agent uses this connection to send the managed instances data to the NetScaler ADM server.

Navigate to Settings > Global Settings.
Select Agent and Timezone under System Configurations.
In Agent, specify the keep-alive interval between 30–120 seconds.
Click Save.

Set the NetScaler ADM timezone

You can choose the timezone in which you want to display the time on the NetScaler ADM webpage, notifications, and reports.

Navigate to Settings > Global Settings.
Select Agent and Timezone under System Configurations.
In Time zone, select local or GMT time zone to display time in NetScaler ADM.
Click Save.
